I’m with the same problem, ones I sent the file our machine (laserbooss) I can’t see the design and the name of the file appears “unknown”
You said “I have the same problem” then described a problem that has absolutely nothing to do with a camera. If you have an unrelated problem, we’d really prefer that you create a new post, not tag along on someone else’s, as it makes it more difficult for us to keep track.
- How are you connected to the laser? (network or USB?)
- Which version of LightBurn are you using?

and try too with windows / network / 1.1.06
after updating the software lightburn on both computers I can’t do it work, I tried to change with the old software and nothing…
Does the Windows machine work if you use LaserCAD? (the software supplied by Boss for the machine)
