Software Update Issues

I am trying to install the new update for the software and keep getting an error message related to file name lightburn\capturelib.dll. It states “an error occurred while trying to replace the existing file: deletefile failed; code 5. Access is denied.

Any assistance in correcting this would be appreciated.

Make sure LightBurn is not already running - if it is, close it. If that file is still locked, reboot your PC to clear the lock.
