Software won’t open in Windows 11

I downloaded Lightburn on my HP Windows 11. It seemed to work for a day or two as I started running through the tutorials. Now it won’t launch at all. I deleted the app and downloaded again and reinstalled. Still it will not launch. I want to buy the software if I can get it to work. I’m a Mac guy, so not real savvy with Windows. Help ?

LightBurn absolutely should Launch in Windows 11. I’m checking on recent updates and issues with the latest Windows 11 22H2 patch and will be able to ask better questions shortly.

I have posted this to the internal Dev channel. We’re likely to start testing on local Windows 11 devices in an attempt to reproduce the behavior you’re seeing.

I also asked the Dev team a specific question about the recent Windows 11 22h2 update.
