Hello,
I have been using Lightburn for 4 years now, first on an X-Tool then 2 years ago on an Ikier K1 Pro with the 60w diode with zero problems. I have been trying to meet the Christmas rush in my small business and have been running them for hours a day over the past 2 weeks. Yesterday I went to finish a customers order and when framing a file that I have used about 20+ times the laser gantry went smoothing all up the Y axis (I have the extensions) and ran into the top of the frame, stopping there when it hit the limit switch.
I rebooted everything, reconnected all cables and tried again. Same problem. Went straight into the limit switch at the top of the Y axis. So today I found someone that had posted their G Codes for their Ikier 48w and noticed 6-8 of my values were WAY different. I used their $1=0 G code settings and it properly framed my workspace. So I started cutting the file and it did one piece fine then when cutting a vertical string of pieces it randomly went crazy on the X axis running into the right limit switch.
Now when I try and frame that same file I get this error code: error:24
Two G-code commands that both require the use of the XYZ axis words were detected in the block.
The laser head will move about 1mm before it beeps, stops and throws that code to me.
here are my G Codes from the console:
ALARM:1
Hard limit triggered. Machine position is likely lost due to sudden and immediate halt. Re-homing is highly recommended.
