Sony IMX415 Sensor?

Hi,
Anyone know if the latest 4K Sony IMX415 sensor is compatible with lightburn?

I assume it will work just fine but wanted to ask to be sure.
And or the older 4K IMX models such as the IMX335, IMX323, IMX307, IMX291, IMX179, etc?

Also, why are the manual focus the preferred models over the auto focus?

Thank you.

I believe the minimum is a 5 mp camera as far as I know.

Thanks Jack. Always appreciate it.
Yeah. True. 5MP would be the minimum it seems.
My bed height to the top of my cover when opened is 810mm.
With a bed size of 450x600.
Based on the calculation it seems I need to get a camera with less or no wide angle lens, like a 60 degree.

I’m wondering if an auto focus lens is not recommended because it can change it’s focal length and screw up the configuration once set via the setup wizard?

Have a 3d printed box for one, but until I can plug it into the Lightburn Pi Bridge, I can’t really use it.

I don’t think there is any advantage to autofocus as the camera doesn’t change focal lengths, it’s not an ‘autozoom’.

Hopefully someone who has one can chirp in…
