Split size for diode laser?

I have this issue with my NEJE diode (at least this is the closest description I can find.)

"I would like to request a feature that might only be for galvos.
I’d like to see a continuous rotation mode that can keep up with the speed galvo’s can run. If I use a split size that’s the same as line interval when using the rotary, the time to complete the job is three times as long compared to engraving in cylindar correction mode. Larger split size lowers job completion time but introduces gaps and overlaps on round objects that don’t have the same diameter across the entire area to be etched."

The horizontal lines are actually fine, but the diagonal and verticle lines are barely burning. It is layer 4 Outer Line

This is not possible because…

  1. Only a chuck could possibly hold the part securely during acceleration
  2. The mass of the chuck would prevent the rapid motion of galvo mirrors
  3. No rotary can move that fast

Not sure what this means. Can you explain?

This is what the Taper Tool is for. What you describe is a given on a tapered object.

Your image is not readable. I can count down 4 lines, but that is all.

I am only guessing with the information you provided, but I would check to see if Constant Power Mode is turned off.
