Hello, I have an image converted to a path. There are several parts and I need to remove one part. How to proceed?
Thank you
The answer is probably use the node editor. Upload your lbrn2 file or at least some good images with a description so we have an idea what you’re wanting to do.
Are you wanting to remove one of the graphics for use by itself? If so, first you need to ungroup the graphic.
Then there are a couple ways to proceed. You can select the items around the one you want to keep and delete them, or you can select only the item you want and move it aside or copy it and then delete the rest of the items. Since each item is made of several parts I would recommend to group the item before moving it just so parts don’t move internally.
Remember to zoom out and pan off the work area grid. You can move objects off the grid for storage to make it easier when working with a large group of objects. Set the unneeded parts aside.
unfortunately, the objects cannot be moved at all. I need to remove some objects and keep the rest.
can only be moved with the whole image, not individual ones
Those objects are grouped. You need to ungroup them first.
How? Thank you
Click on “ungroup”. There is an icon in the menu bar and a menu item.
Oh, excellent. Thank you very very much :)))
