I’m waiting for a response from ligtburn to be able to update a grbl license and expand it to galvo, a customer is with his production delayed because he can’t use his license.
Do you have any comments to be able to resolve or someone who has already happened to you something similar? I don’t know if there is a refund to buy a license again.
We are in the process of adding a system that will handle this kind of thing in advance, and calculate pricing accordingly. Someone from the support team will reach out - in general this kind of thing is better handled by email, since we can’t have you post the license in question here.
