Start macro automatically

Hi friends, I am from Germany and I don’t speak English very well. I own a diode laser. I have a question about the software of Lightburn. Is there a way to start a macro “automatically” when Lightburn starts? I would appreciate a reply very much. Thanks in advance. Best regards Elli

No. There’s really nothing like this you could do.

Is there a specific problem you’re trying to solve for? Maybe there’s an alternative.

Hello, thank you very much for your reply. That’s a pity, would be great if Lightburn would offer that.My EEPROM does not keep the stored data, I wrote myself the parameters in a macro for this. This works great, but would like to improve it.Greetings Elli

There is an option to prepend g-code to the start or end of every job. Depending on what’s in your macro you could potentially put this there.

That’s a good idea, I’ll see if I can use it for that. Thank you very much. Greetings Elli
