Start origin not where I set it

No matter where I set start point it starts 3/4” to left of job origin

If you’re using the xTool I’m guessing you have an offset configured for your laser but you’re not using the red laser for framing.

Confirm pointer offset in Edit->Device Settings. It’s likely set to -16mm in both X and Y.

If that’s correct and you’re using an offset but not the red laser you have two remedies:

  1. Enable red laser in XCS and use the red laser for framing
  2. Disable the pointer offset and continue using the primary laser for framing

That fixed it did the update to new software and it was turned on thank you.

i’m using a 3018 pro and i’m haveing the same issue will this fix work for me

Mostly likely not. But review the issue and the remedy. Do any of those apply to you? If not, then an unrelated issue and I’d suggest you create a new topic in that case.
