my laser was working fine , when i think i changed something that made it do this,:when i hit start ,the green status bar go from 0 to100% in the blink of the eye, and the laser flashes,and the status bar says busy… help
I am going to “shoot in the dark” here thinking of scenarios that can make this happen:
- Check that your layer or layers are not set to no output
- Check for any error messages on your laser’s display
- The controller is caching the job instead of streaming it (but that’s more likely if you are using a DSP and you had selected the SEND instead of START)
- Your controller is receiving the job but there is a problem with your controller or a limit switch, water protection, etc and the job isn’t running
Are you referring to this area as the status bar (or do you mean the display of the laser indicates busy)?
Is your controller connected via USB or Ethernet?
As much info as you can provide will help everyone to help you.
