I need to make stepper motor extension and need to find both sides of connector like this. I only seen one side wired to the cable, the other side is usually solder into the pcb of a driver. Is there a wire screw in side of said connector ? Both male and female screw-ins ? What are they called ?
Those look like pluggable terminal block connectors.
They are, but the problem is the right part in 99% of my finds is pcb solder connection, not screw terminal. I only found ONE picture (the one above) that shows screw terminals, followed the links and found alibaba seller that asks 40 usd to ship one. which is not happening 
None on ebay or amazon. Everywhere its pcb solder…
Is there a reason you’re married to terminal blocks if it’s only for the extension? Could you use a more readily available intermediary connector type?

Not that i’m married, but i like consistency in my machinery. And like to know what things are called too, instead of “green stepper driver connector” i’d like to know actual technical term for the thing that would help me find it. But sometimes it so happens that some of my wishes are not as easy
I did find them on ebay after one of my friends somehow managed to find a listing that is not china (surprisingly).
