replaced m2 board with cohesion 3d board when turn machine is on it sounds like small fan is running think it is the stepper motors
This is normal, the Trinamic drivers on the LaserBoard will cause this. If you do a search on the Cohesion3D forum, it will show you how to eliminate this hissing noise if it bothers you.
