Tried to cut clock and coster and said lost connection at 40%. Try again and got same result have ordered longer cable. Has anybody had same.
A longer cable could be even more problematic - you might see connection/transmission errors with any cable longer than 5 meters / 16 ft can, unless it is “active” - IE, re-transmits or amplifies the signal, and plugs into a power adapter.

If it’s exactly at 40% all the time, make sure to check the file as well. Might be some corrupted content in it. But usually, it’s the electrical connection, as Tyler pointed to.
