Stroking vector outlines / adding thickness to single vector lines

Is there a way to thicken or add a “stroke” to single vector lines. For example, if I want to create a bed grid, how can I burn thicker lines instead of a single pass line? Can I do this in Lightburn, or do I have to create the strokes in Illustrator?

You cannot thicken a line. Lines are effectively infinitely thin.

To create the effect of a thicker line you would essentially need a rectangle shape the thickness of the “line” that you want.
