Sublayer Ver. 1.30

Good morning I do not know if this is the right place for my Question, but I try anyway.
To start I am new at all of this, my problem is I can not find the sublayers on the Ver. 1.30 (I live in Germany so please excuss my Eng.)
Can anyone tell me what I am doing wrong I watched alot of you tube Videos and where they say it is, is not by my lightburn.

In image mode, there are no sublayers.
