Hi everyone,
I have a creality facon 2 22w and suddenly I give the command to cut or carve a circle and instead of round it comes out in the shape of an egg.
I talked to creality and did exactly what they told me and still nothing.
Does anyone know what could have happened?
Did I mess up some parameter in the lightburn?
Doesn’t make any sense, all of the sadden the machine doesn’t cut and engrave a round.
Please help me 
I would firstly make sure you did not enable the Rotary mode by mistake or forgot to disable it
Also did you make any changes on firmware settings? or used the Axis calibration?
If yes in console type
$RST=*
Press enter
THis will make all things go to defaults
I made a lot of thinks i suppose!!! I want to engrave glass so i think that i make some changes 
unfortunately the reset didn’t work…
make sure your rotary is disabled
