Yes that would be nice but the laser itself have or should know it. Ruida controllers know it I used my Co2 50W about 45 hours in the last half year as cutting time but I also know the simple on time…

Agreed, but a great many don’t, I suspect mainly in the laser diode category.
Yeah they are just too simple or cheap to do it (although the new 2 or 4 diode modules are NOT cheap not at all)
