Hi Guys,

How long it took normally to get some feedbacks from the support team on an issue ?
We did buy a license, and as we do run lightburn Windows on a VM. We do need them to fix the issue.

I have removed this restriction on your key and replied to your mail. You mention not running our macOS version, saying: β€œβ€¦is not running very well on my mac.”, but provide little as to what this means, exactly.

​If you provide greater detail, we might be able to assist further. We have many macOS users running LightBurn successfully, so please share more. :slight_smile:
