How long it took normally to get some feedbacks from the support team on an issue ?
We did buy a license, and as we do run lightburn Windows on a VM. We do need them to fix the issue.

I have removed this restriction on your key and replied to your mail. You mention not running our macOS version, saying: ββ¦is not running very well on my mac.β, but provide little as to what this means, exactly.
βIf you provide greater detail, we might be able to assist further. We have many macOS users running LightBurn successfully, so please share more.
