That looks like a Ruida, so it might just be a re-brand we haven’t seen, in which case it should be possible to get it to work.
In the software that came with it, can you save a ‘machine file’? It’s often called a udisk file or something like that. In RDWorks, there’s this button:
If you draw a simple rectangle and save it as a machine output file, then email that to support@lightburnsoftware.com I can have a look at the file and see if the content is close to what we already have. If it is, it might not be terrible to add support for it.
