I recently was able to configure lightburn pro qith my galvo laser after struggling 2 days to do so.
Yesterday ,i tried to configure to use with my Co2 laser with ruida controller snd it loked to hsve worked but when i tried to send s job nothing happened.
I then closed out the software and yon reopening, saw a message stating my trial had been activated.
Tried reentering my key and got an invalid key error.
Verifying in the licensein the management portal it shows the license status as suspended.
. I have sent several emails to lightburn for support and have not gottn a response..

At the top right of the Forum page, there’s a tab dedicated entirely to licensing issues.
Given what you mentioned and my knowledge on the subject, the question arises as to whether you acquired the license from a reputable entity.
Yes ,i purchased directly from the lightburn site.
The lightburn team has responded back and prociding followup.
