I’m having trouble exporting SVGs from LightBurn. For years, I’ve been able to export SVGs while keeping groups intact, but now it’s not working. For example, I have a flower with several score lines, and I want to group all the pieces together before exporting. However, when I export the SVG, the grouping is lost.
Has anyone else experienced this issue? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
Hi @EmilyCaroline, what version of LightBurn and OS are you using? Using 1.7.07 on Sonoma, when I export as SVG, some apps do not see the grouping. When I import the same file into LightBurn, the groups are retained.
I will keep poking, then generate a report with your info added. Thanks for drawing our attention. 
Going back to version 1.3.01, I didn’t see where LB puts
codes in exported SVG files. You can set LB to group imported SVG, and it groups everything. It appears that LB exports SVG the same in 1.7.07 as it did in 1.3.01
