SVG file cutting weird

My SVG file is suddenly cutting weird in this one spot after originally cutting fine prior. Any ideas why?

What does the preview show?

If you move the file on your workspace, does the error move with the file or does it remain in the same place on the workspace?

Is there any other error introduced into the cut?

Looks to me like your media moved during the cut. Do you have wires or drag chain that may get caught on the edge of the wood or the machine?

I didn’t find a way to put a circle around the area on the pic. There’s a zig zag look to that bottom line. It could be a drag chain issue. Maybe I’ll move the wood to another area in the laser & see if it does the same thing. It’s always in this same spot. Here’s a better pic.

What I was driving your attention to is to see if it is a software issue (likely not) or a mechanical issue.

I have had small bits of cut-off wood get into my drive belts while blowing out the dust. And I have had cable/chain drag interferences, also.

There is a lot of moving parts in our machines and it does not take much to get an wobble.

Thanks so much! I’ll do a little more recon on the cables/chain & see if there is interference somewhere. Appreciate your time!

Have you checked the svg file? If it is realy a circle?

For shapes that are stacked on top of each other, it is easy to bump one out of alignment when moving them - but that does not usually make for a step in the lines.
