When importing an SVG file created with Adbobe Illustrator, the dimensions are not respected?
Example a layer of 380 x 242 mm in Illustrator, ends up with a size of 285x182 in Lightburn?

At first guess I’d suspect your SVG import settings are set to Inkscape (96 DPI) rather than Illustrator (72 DPI).
