I think what happened is that you didn’t have the lower slots in the back selected when you tried to make it wider. It was easier for me to resize mine than to fix yours. Now you just need to figure out your kerf issues. My first advice is to measure the actual thickness of your plywood with a caliper. It is rarely exactly what is stated, i.e. 5mm could be anywhere between 4.6 & 5.2 mm thick. Then adjust all the slots and tabs to match that size. Run a test piecs and check the fit. It will probably still be loose. You can then readjust the slots and tabs or add a kerf offset to get the desired fit.

yes, with a caliper it’s 5mm.
thank you for the ‘fixed’ file. This is going be run once, then twice if it works and hangs how I expect. will be glued tight with gorilla glue - the ‘fit’ is just my inner OCD, but I’ll just put that on the shelf for now - I do want to get these tanks attached so I can switch inks more quickly.
