Can’t get bottom tabs width to resize. Have optimized shapes and there are no extra nodes. What am I doing wrong?

Ok, the ‘Resize Slots’ tool isn’t intended for that. It’s for adjusting designs to suit different material thicknesses. To achieve what you want to do you’ll have to do it manually. You can do this by using the ‘Node Edit’ tool or drawing a couple of rectangles the required size and using the boolean tools to weld them to the main profile.
