Any tips/tricks to help prevent the bridges falling off? Specifically numbers 8&0 this happens

My speed is 117 power is 22
I have changed the mm settings for the tab several times, however not seeing many results.
I do notice that the honeycomb gaps don’t help, but can’t do anything with that. As you can see some come out perfectly fine.
Suggestions? Thanks
Look at CM21840. Your bridges are too thin, but this character shows what the problem might be. Mechanical alignment and tightness needs checking.
I am not a vinyl cutter, so this is about all the help I can provide.
I’d suggest a different tool…a vinyl cutter. No melted adhesive. No fumes or corrosive gasses. Razor sharp corners. Lower operating cost.
Maybe a bit slower, tho.
Quite a bit bigger and using a real stencil font (VTG Stencil US No.72). Oracal 651 on clean surplus cans. Sticks like a boss.
