Been working with the Taper warp tool and one thing that I would love to see is that ability to still edit text when a tapper has been applied. Editing the text or being about to use the variable text csv merge with the taper applied would be awesome!

Currently, when applying the Taper Warp all objects are converted to shapes/paths.
This makes the text no longer editable.
Your question is a good one though I am asking the Dev team what could be a work around, if currently any, for variable text
