Rotary will not turn when the test button clicked in lightburn

I have a speedy-laser 50watt JPT. model number SL-50w with a rotary attachment. The rotary head will spin freely if not attached to the machine. When I attach it to the machine and turn it on the rotary head locks in place and can be turned by hand like a normal stepper motor would. I have checked the wiring and everything looks correct. When I try to move the rotary head in lightburn, it will not turn at all. I have enabled the rotary option in lightburn and when I click the test button noth…
