ALARM:3 in the middle of program

Hallo, I get ALARM 3, when i am in the middle of the program. If I restart it has the same error, but not always at the same position. I found a lot of ALARM3 Topics, but none on a running program. I have the iKier 70W with the extension kit and home in bottom right corner, everything else is standard. Here the error log: ok Stream wird gestartet Layer C00 ALARM:3 In Bewegung zurücksetzen.
