It mainly does this in this setting. Image mode (grayscale) looks nice, but it reports full error. When the engraver stops every moment, the work is terrible. I canāt imagine doing a bigger picture. I would love for the gcode to stop just like the engraver and I could press play and continue after checking

HI Ivan,
Your profile says you have a āOrtur Masters 2 proā, is that the āOrtur Laser Master 2 Pro S2ā?
If so - then a speed of 30000mm/min is not possible, and may be causing issues, for your āGrayscaleā image engraving try starting with a conservative speed like 5500mm/min.
I bought IKIER 35w and 70w. The settings are according to the test I did.
Are you connected to the laser by wifi? If so, try by USB cable instead, as it could be a communications problem. In my experience gcode errors are more common over wifi.
It could also be that the device is manually set as the wrong type, yours (i think) should be the āGRBLā type. If you select the wrong controller type that can cause similar errors.
I am connected via a USB port. I have GRBL set up. Iāll try another PC. The older one I have may not be able to keep up with the load of the new machine.
I think Iāve already exhausted everything. I still get error 1, 2, 20, 24, 25 with more complex images. The errors are not in the same place and not always the same error. I am connected with a USB cable. Thanks for any advice.
What happens if you use āSave GCodeā in LightBurn and then copy the Gcode to the microSD card and run the file from the machine, do you still get those same errors?
Thanks a lot for the advice this works fine. So I have LightBurn set incorrectly, or I read somewhere that there could be a problem with the USB cable.
Or even in Windows because LightBurn canāt find my device. I had to set it manually according to the instructions that came with the device. Unfortunately, the instructions were completely simplified. Still have to find how to set it up properly on the Ikier 70w.
Some $ lines are different. LightBurn warned me that if I change them I risk damage. So I donāt know if I should change them. Especially if it helps me with the problem I have
That would be in the other thread you started:
@NicholasL: Can you splice these two threads together so we donāt waste effort covering the same problem twice? Thanks ā¦
Definitely worth upgrading the USB cable, and the corruption in the received data reported by GRBL could also be due to static electricity/grounding issues.
Itās a good idea to communicate this problem with Ikier (if you havenāt already) and check if there are any firmware updates available that are relevant.
There is at least one other similar complaint with the Ikier K1 in this forum.
Iām curious, when starting the job that causes all the errors from LightBurn, does it make any difference what the machineās āModeā setting is?
Iām wondering if there might be any improvement if this was set to āFineā?, since it looks like you are currently running in āStandardā mode judging by your $33 setting (which had me confused for a second - Ikier probably should have picked a much higher number for their custom $ settings). If you want, you can just change this setting at the machineās control panel (as circled in red below) rather than in LightBurn:
I tried that too and without success
So I replaced the cable and it keeps popping up various errors.
Any change if you set the Edit > Device Settings , āBaud Rateā to 9600 with āBufferedā ? If the errors disappear, increase the speed until the errors come back, then back off to last best speed.

Thank you all very much for your willingness to help me. After consulting with the seller, it seems that the motherboard of the device will be damaged. Ikier apologizes and sends me a new one. I will let you know as soon as I try it. Once again, thank you very much.
