I attempted this test today but got nothing. I am hoping somebody can look at my files and explain. The jpeg was what the laser output.

A couple things I can point out…
Usually these machines are in mm/m, so your slowest speed is 500mm/s is 3000mm/m pretty fast for a diode laser. at the other end, 4000mm/s is 4 meters a second or 240 meters a minute.
If you are running in mm/s ensure the machine is set that way.
If you are attempting to run this fast, most controllers limit the speed to prevent machine damage.
And… it does some some burning in unexpected areas… I’m assuming you are running in mm/m, I would expect the slow speed with the highest power to show some kind of burn on your material.
There is a block at 20% and 2500mm/s, I would not expect that output.
Unless something’s changed that’s 30,000 mm/m which would be way faster than the machine is capable of moving. But in any case, likely too fast for any mark to be left.
