If I combine a circle with a text field, aligment is to the center of circle.
Now I need to change text aligement to outside circle 
Any way to do that?
I’m not understanding what you mean. Can you add a screen shot?
Black is text out of lightburn with alignment to center of circle.
Red is alignment I like to have, outside of circle.

Select the text and find a blue handle. Drag that to get the curve you want then align the center of the text to your circle.
The easiest thing would be to write the text, mark it and bend the text as needed with the help of the blue dot.
The previous posts have show one way to do this. If you want to continue with the method you have now then do the following:
- select circle that the text is applied to
- Arrange->Flip vertical
Thats the way I have look for!
