Text in rounding ... OFF ON?

hi… how to turn the text round function on and off ?

in the tutorial this is simply shown … but in my version 1.0 this is not visible … what am i doing wrong ? … now I have somehow managed (no plan how that the point in the text is to see) but can not turn it off again… and thus not separate the forms o0
