just stopped working says its corrupt or not recognised on falcon 2 22w

Only 2 choices:

  1. Bad TF card.
  2. Bad TF card reader in controller.

Did you try a different TF card?

Yes got new card and just copy gcode onto empty card and all ok now :+1:
