The cut out small parts are pulled out of the mold by the Fume Extractor and the AirAssist and become jammed between the workpiece and the laser.

How do you solve the problem that the parts don’t come out of shape during laser cutting?

Check out the tabs option. Increasing or decreasing the space under the workpiece can also help if you prefer to have them “fall free”,
