The first line error in cutting and image file got problem when engraving

I’m just bought sculpfun s30. Previously I’m using my current laptop to run s10.

Now I got this big problem as the image shown below. Can anyone help me…

This is the picture file
First image is the original file tht I want to cut and engrave.

2nd image is the file error. On cutting part and engraving on the last word also got error there.

You mean the first lines are smaller than they should be? It’s most likely a mechanical issue, check all mechanics for errors:
