My machine is a skulpfun S30 Pro Max, I was using it for some time, and it worked very well, but suddenly I turned the machine on one day and the laser wasn’t firing. Do I have to buy a new diode or can I fix this one?
Take a screenshot (not a cel phone picture) of your cuts and layers window.
Take a screenshot of your preview window (CTRL+p)
Post both here so we can see what you are working with.
Also if you upgraded to 2.0.00 check units config:
If you have checked your units have not accidentally been changed, the next most likely cause of this is usually a loose wire in the cabling to the laser module (cable caught on something and strained the connection) check the wires are secure in the connector, check both ends, (with a multimeter set to connectivity is the best way.)
If this has happened after an update you can also try reloading a preferences file from just prior to doing the update.
