We are experiencing a issue with the latest update 2.0.04 it has changed all of our settings in our speed and power. And I have made to manually changed all of our settings in all of our projects. never had a issue before with updates. How can this be fixed?

There is probably “only” a switch between inches and millimeters, try checking the settings.
did check the settings. still nothing.
Find an example to see what is changed to what. What do the power settings and speeds change to?
You should also send a screenshot of your problem settings for a better understanding of the problem.

also any suggestions on why from time to time my images shift when engraving? I put a new tube in last week and did a ramp test and mirror alignment. did some test burns and everything was beautiful but today it started shifting when engraving. I have checked belts, pullys, connections and so forth… i know this happens quite often.
This shouldn’t happen at all and it never has with my machine.
Here too you should be specific in your troubleshooting. Provoke the error so that you can reproduce it and find the cause of the error in this way. Most often it is a mechanical problem, loose/defective belt or the pinion screw in a pulley is loose, the lens is loose in the nozzle… there are only relatively few possibilities for error.
