With the information you provided, there can be a lot of causes. Until you provide more details, I doubt if you will get much help. We cannot see your computer screen or machine.

Sometimes during work, I didn’t find a specific situation where it happens but I have to finish the task and then reopen the software.
Unfortunately, I do not have a fiber machine and do not speak Spanish. Translating the text in that window is nearly impossible, so I cannot tell if it is reporting a software crash or an operational problem. I must leave it to someone else to sort it out for you.
I found that when I hold down the arrow keys on the keyboard to move a shape with the framing light on, the crash occurs.

Are you still experiencing this?
Is the program “not responding” or really crashing as in closing?
So far, I was unable to replicate this on Windows.
If you frame and don’t touch the arrow keys, can you cancel the framing and does the status in the “Laser” window change from “framing” to “ready”?
