Sometimes good enough is good enough. It isn’t that bad. That extreme closeup makes it look really bad.
Honestly, had I known it would have been an issue, I would have epoxied the mount just the same from the beginning.
It looks more normal when it’s not being viewed with a magnifying glass.
Even ugly people look great from far away!

I have a brother in law that’s a machinists, he makes wonderful tools and gadgets like you just did. I think your all a little close to being mad scientist lol
Jeff, I got mine all figured out but LB is out of stock on cameras so I put it on hold for now. As soon as I’m able to get a 160 degree camera, I’ll work on it again. Thanks for sharing your idea.
When I get er done I’ll post pictures of how it works out.
