'There was a problem sending data to the laser. The machine may be busy or paused'

Hello, I have a Creality Falcon 10W machine and LightBurn in trial period. The software recognizes the machine, but when I click ‘start’, I get an error that says ‘There was a problem sending data to the laser. The machine may be busy or paused’. I tried reinstalling the software, turning the machine off and on, and changing the COM port. However, the same error keeps appearing. How can I fix this?

Click on devices in your laser window>select your device profile>Edit >change it to GRBL.

Install a driver if you need to: Drivers - LightBurn Documentation

Check your Device Manager to see if your laser is being recognized when it’s powered on and connected to your computer via USB.
