I have a three layer project. I set everything up and I have the cut last. It preforms the cut first. I thought it was supposed to go in order from top to bottom.
Second problem I have is one layer doesn’t burn, the power is too low. I turn off the engraver, wait a minute and turn it back on. I go into the cuts and layers and turn off the layers that actually worked and the layer that didn’t work is now working. I can’t do the whole process without doing the above. Can anyone help me with this issues? Thanks
Go to laser window cut optimization. Order by layer should fix first problem.

I don’t understand the problem.
If your last (cut) layer doesn’t manage it with a single pass, you can’t set this layer for 2-3 pass? - Do you have to wait/cool the laser?
I found the optimization button. It was Grayed out so I didn’t notice it. I messed around with it and I was able to open it and click on the appropriate option. It should work now. Thanks
My second issue,
Is there a laser cool down option I can select? But why would it drop to a lower power level and not indicate it?
Not as I know. But you can make a fake layer with null power and x number of passes.
Now that I have the order set to burn layers from top to bottom I probably won’t have that problem anymore.

Is the cut layer not always the last layer in you?
The cut layer was always set last but I didn’t know I had to go to the cut setting and select the order of layers. Now it’s set for last. I thought Made that clear above.
