Ever since I added a galvo license to my Lightburn program, the time to open the “Cut Setting Editor” has increased from near instant to about 4 or 5 seconds. This long delay from double clicking on a layer to having the “Cut Setting Editor” open is the same no matter which laser device I have selected.
Is anyone else seeing this delay, or is it just my machine?
LightBurn 1.4 (Rudia and Fiber laser devices loaded)
Windows 11
Intel i9-12900 2,4 Ghz
16GB Installed RAM
NVIDIA GeForce RTS 3070
I can say at least for myself that I’m not seeing this. Cut Settings opens nearly instantly across device types on galvo, DSP, and g-code.
This isn’t apples-to-apples compared to yours as I’m running a Beta release but I didn’t see this on general release either.
Not sure what might be contributing to this in your case. Are any other functions slow or just this one? Could it possibly be related to a linked material in your Material Library?
Also running W11.
All other functions in LB appear to be running just as quickly as before, its only the Cut Settings that really stand out as taking much longer to open.
