TL-A3 - Nothing detected with Find my laser

Hi,

I was using a k40 engraving machine with a Topwisdom TL-A3 controller and it worked pretty well.
Now that I change my first computer for exactly the same model, the machine doesn’t connect with Lightburn.
I’m on windows 10 with DSP licence, drivers are installed. I try with Autolaser and it connect without problems.

Any ideas ?

Hi Igor !

Well, the problem solve itself.

I’ve tried to change between USB and serial USB several times and the machine start working. Serial USB works fine for me. The only thing I’ve found out is that my controller appear Offline but work as if it was ready.

Thanks for the reply. I realized that the program wants to work on a desktop computer. It seems that the usb on the notebook generally have problems with cnc
