My laptop which had Lightburn installed died on me and I cannot open it to remove Lightburn. I have now bought a desktop pc and loaded Lightburn put my registration code in and got a message that Activation limit had been reached - this licence is already being used on the allowed number of computers. how do i get over this? I have one laptop that it is being used on, did have two but one died and would like it on my pc. can you help please
Note the “license portal” link across the top of this forum screen. It will allow you to manage your license assignments to correct the troubles you are experiencing.
