Too Much Power, Lost Control

I can’t seem to turn down the power on my OMTech 55watt, Normally I need about 30% at 15mm per to burn through 3 mm Cherry. All of a sudden I can do it at 1%. And I can’t seem to turn power down to engrave, burns right through. HELP

This sounds like the high-voltage power supply might have failed. I would contact OMTech for assistance to see if they can help troubleshoot.

Thanks for the help, I did just that this a.m. hopefully customer support comes through. I’ll post feedback about that, hopefully soon.
