Too much time on my hands

I "engraved some “M&M’s” …
Im sure this candy isn’t for everyone… but hey, it was for a friends “Inauguration 2021” photo project. :stuck_out_tongue:

Hey that’s neat. If this were something being done on a large scale or frequently, one could make grid specifically for this. The each square of the grid walled just high enough to hold one candy. That making it easy to load. Then on an indexed bed, load the jig and let it rip.

Yes, LOL. Maybe us a robotic arm to place the pieces on and off! ( i need to get out more! ) :stuck_out_tongue:

That is just the coolest thing I’ve seen today. So much promise, especially for a youngster’s birthday party snack. I’d have a problem not eating the production results though!

I saw someone engrave a pumpkin pie! Laser’d a turkey onto it. Worked great! … Maybe pumpkin bars?

Having engraved Rice Crackers for Thanksgiving treats, I can’t imagine the jiggery you used to line up these little guys with the laser!

I’ll tip my hat to your project and standing O for the perseverance!
