Tools not framing after upgrading to 1.3.0.1

After I upgraded to Lightburn 1.3.0.1, the tool objects no longer frame (T1 or T2). I use a tool line to make sure my jigs are lined up correctly. I have to change from tool to line, frame the job, and then change back to tool.

I have frame enabled on the tool (I even disabled it to test).
