While adjusting in the resize selection, measurements are put in and I check the size with the ruler and its ok. However when lasering, part is still to large, lightburn will not shorten the size. Thanks
If you’re seeing the size change in your LightBurn Workspace, we can be pretty certain that the cuts that are sent to your laser are being adjusted as well.
Have you set a Kerf Offset to compensate for the width of your laser’s beam? If not, slots will end up a little larger than the dimensions you specify (and tabs a little smaller).

Try setting Kerf Offset + about 1/2 your laser dot diameter. Actual value needed will depend on the material being cut.
